How would I create a computer program for people searching?

I was wondering how I could go about programming a website or computer program that would "grab", so to speak, information from many websites and compile it into a profile. For example, you'd type in somebody's name and it would return their ZabaSearch listing, and then search the info from that on Zillow to find stuff about their house, take that and search for floorplans, etc?

you got to apply your search algorithm at

Whois database.

WHOIS is a TCP-based query/response protocol which is widely used for querying a database in order to determine the owner of a domain name, an IP address, or an autonomous system number on the Internet. WHOIS lookups were traditionally made using a command line interface, but a number of simplified web-based tools now exist for looking up domain ownership details from different databases. Web-based WHOIS clients still rely on the WHOIS protocol to connect to a WHOIS server and do lookups, and command-line WHOIS clients are still quite widely used by system administrators.

hope this helps

Cheers:)
Reply:You would need a program that would search for the persons name, age, birth date if possible. You would nead to have a program that can gain access to all of the state address programs to search for them.
