I am a new real estate agent and looking for a computer program that I can keep all my clients records in. One that will remind me of important dats (their birthdays, anniversary etc.) And I have a mac. So a mac program that will do all this... if anyone knows that would be great! Thanks!

Top Producer and Agent Office are good programs. I use ACT. It is by far more affordable and you can customize it to fit your needs. Just like the other 2 it can automatically send birthday, anniversary and holiday cards up to 3 years without you doing anything. You can set up mail merges that will customize every email with their info on it and send 1000 email in 1 minute all personalized. You can buy an older version as low a 3.0 for these capabilities for probably $10 on ebay. They have Mac versions also, my broker uses it on his Mac. Good luck out there

I have "AgentOffice," but it is only for Windows.
Sometimes Title Companies give away these programs (this is how I got my copy of "AgentOffice" for free.)

You should ask your office since they might have a program they use and a website that they offer to their agents.
My office gives us a better rate since they buy a bulk for all the agents in the office whether we purchase or not.
