Is there a computer program that will simulate modifications to a 1984 Mercury Grand Marquis?

I have a 1984 Mercury Grand Marquis and I am planning on altering some things on the car itself for better gas mileage, more speed and what not and I was wondering if there was some sort of computer program that I could simulate the changes to my car in and see how it would run and what the change would improve or harm so I can figure out what it is that I want to do to my car and then go ahead and execute the changes without much concern. If anyone knows of a program like that then please tell me its name and/or where I can find it. Also if you know that there is no such program that can simulate changes on my specific car please tell me that as well.

I've never heard of such a program. I doubt one exists. On a car that old the variables would be in the hundreds. If you post what your planning on doing to the vehicle I can probably tell you what kind of improvements you're looking at.
