When in the process of bankruptcy is their a computer program a person can use to fill out forms?

My attorney gave me a pile of papers to fill out mainly consisting of creditors, names, address telephone number, amount owed ect... Is there a computer program I could use to just type the info in and print out later?

Yes, the U.S. Bankruptcy court has a web site that lists all of the very long, complicated forms. Do a LOT of reading. Print them, fill them out in pencil, then see if you can find someone in the court clerk's office nice enough to help you out. It helps to brown-nose -- go in to ask a simple question or two, send them a personal thank-you note. Ask for more info, copies, etc., send them a fresh boquet of flowers. You get the drift -- they're busy, but they'll help those who appreciate it.

ETA: Missed the part that you have an attorney. You can fill out the forms online and print, though you can't save them online.
Reply:I work for a bankruptcy law firm in ohio and we just have the client bring in the bills and/or credit report and we fill it in ourself. you give them the bills and they should be able to do this at their office.
