I'm 13 and I can't do those walk the dog/mow the lawn kind of jobs and etc. because of parents and was wondering are there any other ways to make money.
Any way 4 a teen to make money from computer programming and thing like that... or any other ideas are welcome
If you can program, write a shareware program and offer it up - ask for donations and you'll get some !
Reply:hi
Hey guess what ,since you mentioned computer programming i assume that you will like this .
Iam a home maker and hence cannot go out to work so I work online and have registered with this particular website http://www.pcworkathome.net You do not have to pay any registeration fee and they offer you a lot of links and information which you can accsess and find what you are suited for
so good luck
Reply:You can make websites, this is the easiest way of generating profits. Try advertising yourself on sites that you can do this for free. Still, if you don't know how to create decent websites, you shouldn't cheat your clients. Myself, I work through the www.rentacoder.com site, and get some good response. I also know php, html script, xhtml, activex, and now for the big boy toys: C++ as basic programming language, graphics design.
Reply:Tell family, friends, and relatives that you are available to do computer programming.
Reply:Yeah actually if you know how to programme , you could start with a simple stuff like small website where you could put flash made games (if you know how to program you could program java games and put them on the internet) ,you can generate money through the advertsiments (for example google adsense).
I would advise you not to look in to programming big softwares for free because it really takes all big team and professinal to make one
Start with simple stuff then keep updating that simple thing till its acceptable
I hope i helped
Good day
Reply:My son who is your age was wondering the same thing. So far he has started compiling Cds for people. I bought him a pkt of 50 empty discs 29.99, he has since made $250 %26amp; is making more as we speak. He has made mostly cds with Techno for people who workout, hip hop %26amp; others for friends. I also play some of his compilations at work and when people hear them and ask about them, I offer to get it for them. He charges about $5 a cd.
Reply:Offer your services on sites like craigslist.org or dice.com. You may need to do some free work to put together a portfolio, but it is a good way to drum up business.
